Our Mission:

At Children War Relief, we are dedicated to safeguarding the future by ensuring the safety and education of children affected by war. Our mission is driven by the belief that every child deserves a secure environment, even amid chaos.
 

About Us:

Founded by Ahhyun "Bailey" Ahn in 2024, Children War Relief is a non-profit organization committed to providing immediate and impactful aid to children in war-torn regions. Bailey, a seasoned software engineer, was inspired to start this journey after helping to build a high school for underprivileged communities along the Amazon River in Peru. This effort was done through Nevada Building Hope Foudnation, and more details here. Today, her focus has shifted towards supporting children in Ukraine, her husband's homeland.

 

Our Projects:

In September 2024, our team will travel to Ukraine to work directly with local orphanages. We aim to assess their needs firsthand and help create a safer environment for the children. This project is just the beginning of our commitment to making a difference in the lives of children who need it most.

Our Founder:

Bailey's journey into non-profit work began with a profound experience in Peru and continues with her passion for aiding children in crisis regions. Outside of her non-profit endeavors, Bailey cherishes family time and is actively involved in fostering kittens for the AZ Humane Society.
